There were also numerous opportunities to have bikes fixed complementary. People showed off on their bikes with hands free riding. And specially made bikes were the highlight of the day. Even low rider bikes made their presence know on the street. And of course there were a few distracted cyclists on the road. Neighborhood councils made sure everyone stayed hydrated with free water. And kids were entertained with bean bag tosses. While others had fun playing old fashioned board games in the kids zone. People brought their four legged friends for fun in the sun. And of course Mexican pride was active with cyclists carrying large flags on their bikes. The future is here with the popular hoverboards that glided down the street seamlessly. Wheelchairs were welcome on the street as opposed to sidewalk access. And small children were encouraged to ride their scooters and bikes for fitness and fun. Off course the message was evident to share the road to both pedestrians as well as cars at major cross streets. There were even crossing guards emphasizing to stop when the light was red to allow for cars to pass.
