Angel Studios brings light to a very real probability of what could come to be in Homestead. When a bomb goes off in Los Angeles, people flee to a safe haven, however at that safe haven there is a battle between the military veterans who want to keep the others out and the ones who want to save everyone. It’s what many Christian would call an apolocalypse so to speak, and faith holds true.
The film stars The Shift‘s Neil McDonnough as the ex-military vet caught in the middle of this choice as he and his wife (played by Dawn Oliviera) fight to do the right thing for them and the community.
All in all, the film at 2-hour 15-minute runtime goes through some very realistic points of view from people figuring out how to grow food to ultimately coming together as a community when things really matter. It’s a film for everyone to see as it made its debut December 20th. Additionally, there is a spinoff show, via angel studios website for anyone who wishes to follow the story after the theatrical credits.
After all it’s not the end…
