“Bad Boys: Ride or Die” REVIEW

The Bad Boys are back in their fifth movie together. This time they must work to clear their name after their captain is implicated in corruption. The question is will they be able to do so without fully falling deeper down the rabbit hole and running out of time with the law.

Will Smith and Martin Lawrence are exceptional both comedically as well as action packed. Even years later, the two still know how to pack a punch all in the name of “family. The that way Bad Boys shares a lot of similarities to that of the Fast and the Furious saga. In a word, tough guys that knows where it counts. One thing is certain, it’ll be interested where the Bad Boy franchise heads next.

Additionally it is refreshing to see another familiar face as High School Musical‘s Vanessa Hudgens returns. Hudgen’s has definitely grown past her high school musical days. Though she hasn’t changed as she takes a step in partnership with Smith and holds her own as a strong leading actress next to such a powerful figure.

At an hour 55 minutes, audience will be in for the “Ride or Die” of their lives. Fast paced and moving seamlessly with every bit of action and drama on the big screen, it will have you on the edge of your seat from the first moment on.
