On December 8th to kick of the holiday season in the San Fernando Valley, bands and various groups of all cultures march down Chatsworth Street from Petit Park all the way down to Zelzah as they end in front of Granada Hills Charter High School.
The Highlander band lead the way down Chatsworth Street as color guards both mounted and on foot proudly marched and boy and girl scouts shared their youthful charm.
